WIMPY IS IN, FRENCH DUDE SAYS...
And it looks like this.
Ridiculous. If you want to look like that, wear a clown suit. Sheesh.

In J.R.R. Tolkien's Elvish dialect of Quenya, Arandir means Noble Wanderer. Selected in my youth as I searched for deeper religious truth, this nom de plume remains apt--for I am still a pilgrim and sojourner in this world, truly a ''stranger in a strange land.'' It remains my purpose to record here whatever seems noteworthy of my musings and experience as I travel the way of life.

The pants are kind of nice. what's witht he red stripes and the floral neck thing? Wow. Very Metrosexual
The evolutionist in me says that it's all about the sex. If men think they can get more of it with wimpy, frimpy clothes then they will dress like clowns. Even if it's detrimental to every other aspect of his self and psyche. (i.e. self-respect and not looking like a 10-year-old girl could take him in a fight) This sort of change of appearance to the detriment of one's self reminds me of the peacock. The peacock has developed all those lovely feathers to impress the ladies and so have lots of reproductive goodness, but it can barely walk and is easily hunted down and killed.
I think there is a lesson in this for the modern male.
I agree with Alex. It's all about survival of the genes. Or jeans.
Sorry. Couldn't resist.
Maybe it's a big Freudian arrow to Certain unmentionable parts.
Again with the it being all about a certain thing.
Okay when I opened your blog up and saw this it scared me!
Ah ah ah, Mr. Gugg. Careful now. There are certain pictures of you wearing stranger get-ups than this.
Though you, to your credit, knew you were ridiculous.
(E-mail me yr phone number and I'll give you a call. It'd be good to talk.)
For the love of God and all that is not unholy—please put a new, lengthy post on your blog so that I won't have to look at the dreadful Frenchman anymore when I surf through your blog!!! Just do this one thing and you can let your blog languish for the rest of the summer if you please. (Okay, now I'll attempt to regain my composure...)
Okay the suspenders I don't understand but I've often thought it socially unfair that women are "allowed" all kinds of clothes in all kinds of styles, colors, etc. Why can't men have the same freedom? My vote is the return to tights and high heels for men! In hommage of our founding fathers and their fight for freedom, liberty, self-expression, etc.
